NHPC Promotes Rajesh Kumar as Executive Director

Faridabad: NHPC Limited has appointed Rajesh Kumar as Executive Director through promotion, effective November 1, 2026. The company informed the stock exchanges about the change in its Senior Management Personnel.

Kumar joined NHPC on January 6, 1999, and has completed 27 years of service with the organisation.

Educational Background

Kumar holds a B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil) and an MBA in Operations Management.

The appointment has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
