New Delhi: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of Pankaj Pandey as its Director (Operations).
The Ministry of Power, through an order dated October 30, 2026, conveyed Pandey’s appointment to the post. He is currently serving as Executive Director at POWERGRID.
Tenure and Effective Date
Pandey’s appointment will take effect from the date he assumes charge, on or after December 1, 2026. His tenure will continue until his superannuation on June 30, 2030, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
POWERGRID stated that further details regarding the appointment will be shared once Pandey assumes charge.
The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
