New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has opened its portal for applications for the position of Director (Finance) at Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Schedule 'B' Mini-Ratna CPSE under the Ministry of Defence.
Job Description
The Director (Finance) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director.
They are in charge of the finance and accounts of the organization and are responsible for developing and formulating policies relating to finance as well as implementation thereof.
Eligibility
The minimum age of the candidate, as on the date of vacancy, should be 40 years, with 2 years of residual service for internal candidates and 3 years of residual service for other candidates, with respect to the age of superannuation (60 years).
Candidates must be employed in a regular capacity in a CPSE, Central Government (including Armed Forces and All India Services), eligible State PSE, or Private Sector/JV (with prescribed turnover criteria). (Central Government officers will also be considered only on an immediate absorption basis).
Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants shall be preferred. The candidate should have completed a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a specialization in finance, have a good academic record, and be from a reputed university to be eligible.
Group 'A' Accountant Services: applicants from the central government and the army, along with those meeting the JD experience criteria, are welcome.
The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
Pay Scale
The pay scale of the post is Rs 160000-290000 (IDA)
