New Delhi: NTPC Limited has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, for a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) power project.
The agreement covers a contracted capacity of 400 MW under NTPC’s FDRE Tranche 01. The power will be supplied at a tariff of Rs 4.37 per unit.

ACME Solar Holdings has confirmed that its promoter group has no interest in NTPC, the awarding entity, and that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
The disclosure was submitted to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
