New Delhi: The Ministry of Mines is organising the 4th Conference of Mining Ministers on 5–6 November 2026 in Goa, bringing together Mining Ministers from various States and senior officials from the Central and State Governments.
The two-day conference will serve as a platform for State representatives to exchange views on key issues concerning the mining sector. Discussions will focus on the sector’s progress, emerging opportunities and challenges, along with initiatives being undertaken by different States.
The conference will also provide an opportunity for States to share their experiences and best practices, encouraging greater coordination and cooperation between the Centre and State Governments.
Participation from across the country is expected to strengthen engagement among mining administrations and support discussions on the future growth and development of India's mining sector.
The conference is part of the Ministry of Mines’ ongoing efforts to work closely with State Governments on the development of the sector and its contribution to the vision of Viksit Bharat.
